We fixed the date for our 3rd Berlin Trilogue:

The iir will present three lectures regarding "ESUG - New legal framework for reorganizations during insolvency" on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 6.00 pm. 

ESUG is the new German draft legislation to facilitate the reorganization of companies.

Keynote speaker of the evening will be Dr. Hans-Georg Landfermann, Munich. Follow-up presentations will be given by Professor Dr. Wolfgang Marotzke (Universität Tübingen) and Dr. Frank Kebekus (Kebekus et Zimmermann, Düsseldorf). Subsequently, the auditorium will be involved in the discussion.
