Membership

Natural or legal persons or associations willing to support the iir’s purposes actively and/or financially may be members of the association.

Members can make own contributions with respect to Insolvency and Restructuring Law by means of lectures and symposia organised by the iir. They can exchange their perspectives with policy-makers and bring their suggestions into current and future legislative projects. At irregular intervals, the iir will inform its members in a newsletter about recent developments in the fields of restructuring and insolvency. 

It is intended to acquire a maximum of 15 to 20 sponsors as "iir Partners". According to the interdisciplinary approach of the iir, these are from various fields of Insolvency and Restructuring Law (liquidators, banks, credit insurers, auditing companies, business consultancies, media advisers, law firms etc.).

Especially the partners will benefit from the „scientific think-tank“ which the iir represents. They can submit ideas for scientific research projects, dissertations etc. In addition, events concerning restructuring and insolvency can be initiated.
