Executive Committee

Professor Dr. Christoph G. Paulus, LL.M. (Berkeley), full professor for Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Insolvency Law and Roman Law at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin assumes the scientific management of the Institute.

Further Board Members are

Mr. Arndt Geiwitz (Certified Public Accountant, Tax Consultant) and
Dr. Frank Kebekus (Attorney at Law, Insolvency Law Spezialist).

Currently, Mr. Arndt Geiwitz and Dr. Frank Kebekus are honorary members of the Institutes’ management.
