The iir is located in the capital Berlin, Unter den Linden 10, in close proximity to the Humboldt-Universität. It offers prestigious premises of about 400 sqm in the building Römischer Hof. At this address the Institute is permanently staffed with scientific personnel etc.

Currently, we are establishing our extensive library on national and international Insolvency Law as well as Restructuring Law.

The representable premises offer rooms to hold conferences, meetings etc.
