29. September 2011 – Event: 5th Berlin Trilogue "Banks facing crisis and insolvency"

The iir invites you cordially to the next and by now 5th Berlin Trilogue.

On Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 6 pm Dr. Michael C. Frege, liquidator of the German subsidiary of Lehman Brothers, Professor Dr. Eberhard Schwark, emeritus Director of the Institute for Bank and Capital Market Law, as well as Dr. Thorsten Pötzsch, Federal Ministry of Finance, will give lectures on "Banks facing crisis and insolvency" from practical, scientific and legislative point of views.

We look forward to a subsequent animated discussion with the audience.
